Refund Policy

The National Institute for Exercise & Wellness provides a 5-day money-back guarantee for enrollment in the NIEW Certified Personal Trainer Program, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for a Refund

A student may request a refund no later than the end of the fifth calendar day following the date of purchase, provided that the student has not attempted the NIEW Certification Examination.

Once the certification examination has been attempted, the enrollment is no longer eligible for a refund, even if the request is otherwise made during the 5-day refund period.

Merely accessing the student account, opening or downloading the training manual, or beginning to study the program does not by itself eliminate the 5-day refund eligibility, provided the certification examination has not been attempted.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted through the Contact NIEW page.

Include the name and email address associated with the enrollment so the purchase can be located. NIEW may request reasonable additional information necessary to verify the purchase or account.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

The refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the eligible enrollment.

Although NIEW will initiate an approved refund promptly, the amount of time required for the refund to appear on an account may depend on the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

Access Following a Refund

When an enrollment is refunded, access to the corresponding program and student benefits may be terminated.

A refund does not transfer ownership of NIEW educational materials or authorize continued copying, redistribution, resale, publication, or other unauthorized use of copyrighted NIEW content.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or believe a charge was unauthorized, contact NIEW through the Contact NIEW page so the transaction can be reviewed.

Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits a refund, cancellation, charge dispute, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
